Where to buy a CONDOTTI watch +
  • You can find a list of CONDOTTI boutiques and CONDOTTI authorized retailers here.
  • If our online shop is available in your country, you can also purchase a range of products through the CONDOTTI website.

What is the warranty period and what does it cover? +
  • All new CONDOTTI watches are covered by a 2-year Warranty.
  • The warranty is only valid if the warranty certificate is dated, fully and correctly completed and stamped by an authorized CONDOTTI retailer

This warranty does not cover

  • The life of the battery
  •  Normal wear and tear and ageing (e.g. scratches to the crystal; changes in the color and/or material of non-metallic straps such as leather, textile, rubber).
  • Any damage to any part of the watch resulting from inappropriate/abusive use, lack of care, negligence, accidents (knocks, dents, crushing, broken glass, etc.), incorrect use of the watch and non observance of the operating instructions  provided by CONDOTTI
  • Indirect or consequential damages of any kind resulting from the use, non-operation, defects, or lack of precision of the CONDOTTI watch.
  • The CONDOTTI watch handled by an unauthorized person (e.g. for battery replacement, service or repair) or which has been altered in its original condition beyond CONDOTTI’s control.

What is the delivery time? +

The delivery time is 1-3 working days. An additional working days are required in case of a request for adjustment of the watch bracelet.

How to track the status of my order? +

You will receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your order is shipped.
